Q: What is Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT®) and how does it work? 

A: Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a pioneering therapy method that combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to address the root cause of psychological and emotional issues. It works by accessing the subconscious mind to uncover, understand, and release the blocks and beliefs that are holding you back, then rewires and empowers you with positive beliefs and behaviours. 

Q: Is RTT® safe, and will I be in control during the session? 

A: RTT® is completely safe and conducted in a controlled, therapeutic environment. You remain in control throughout the session, fully aware of your surroundings, and able to communicate freely. The therapist guides the process, but you have the power to emerge from hypnosis at any point should you wish to. 

Q: How long does it take to see results from RTT®? 

A: Many clients feel a shift after their very first session. However, it generally takes around 21 days for the mind to create new neural pathways and for changes to become habitual. We recommend listening to your personalised transformational recording for at least 21 days to solidify the changes. 

Q: What can I expect during my first RTT® session? 

A: Your first RTT® session will begin with an in-depth discussion about your goals and challenges. During the session, you'll be guided into a relaxed state of hypnosis, where we'll explore the subconscious mind to reveal the root cause of your issue. You'll be fully in control throughout the process. After the session, you'll receive a personalised transformational recording to reinforce positive messages and cement the changes. 

Q: How many sessions will I need? 

A: The number of sessions needed varies by individual and the issue being addressed. Some clients see significant improvement with just one session, especially for specific phobias or habits. For more complex issues, a package of three sessions is recommended to allow for deeper work and lasting change.

A: Absolutely. RTT® has been highly effective in treating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, weight management, and many other psychological and emotional challenges.
